Below you will find some of the most common questions from our guests. Please contact us if you have a question that isn’t answered below.
You can check in at any time after 4pm, however if you would like an earlier check-in this can be pre-arranged. We always meet our guests on arrival and give a tour of the house and answer any questions that our guests may have. We contact each guest prior to arrival with instructions for arrival.
You can check out any time before 10am, unless you would like a later check out time and this has been pre-arranged. Please just ask!
Dogs are allowed at a small extra charge of £30 per stay however they are to be kept off beds and any other furniture. Please bring your dogs bedding with you. If you have a nervous dog, please be assured that there is plenty of secure space at the property to walk and exercise your dog. With approx. 4 acres of fenced paddock and woodland, plus the property is gated and totally private, so any reactive dogs will feel very safe.
We have two cots and two highchairs available for you to use. Please note, we do not have a stairgate at the property and please bring your own bedding for the cot.
We provide all bedlinen and bath towels, plus towels for use in the hot tub are available. All rooms also have bathrobes for the use of guests.
Reservoir View is a non-smoking/vaping property.
Absolutely! Please just let us know they are coming if this is prior to your arrival and we can make sure to give them access and that the food is stored.
In the event that you leave belongings behind, please just email us on info@thewoodlandsestate.co.uk and we will do our best to find it and return it to you.
There is Wi-Fi at the property and mobile phone signal including 4G.
